WHO WE ARE
We Inspire and Help Businesses To Grow
The China-Africa Chamber of E-Commerce was established in response to the development of China-Africa business after the pandemic. It is composed of African business leaders in Guangzhou from 30 major African countries. It broke the traditional limitation of taking the country or region as the unit, and established an organization that takes emerging industries as the development orientation.
We are committed to developing a new type of Sino-African trade relationship; transforming traditional Sino-African trade into cross-border e-commerce; passing on China’s e- commerce development experience over the years to local African traders through short-term training; as well as utilizing advanced business models such as e-commerce platforms, short video sales, and live delivery of goods. It also provides new opportunities for an “all- inclusive trade” via logistics, supply chain management, payment, finance, and other related technical means which are directed towards the upgrade of Sino-African trade.
The Chamber is an open community that encourages more African enterprises to go global as well as develop their overseas market potentials. We aim to achieve this by helping the community to increase the adoption of e-commerce in its various markets.
As part of its resolve to drive economic growth, CACOEC will serve as an economic trade channel for import and export enterprises from Africa for global promotion of trade cooperation and investment. By promoting business inclusion in the digital economy, CACOEC will be able to influence the present and future of e-commerce between China and Africa.
CACOEC can help in the following ways:
- Leveraging e-commerce to launch and grow your business;
- Provision of marketing services through a unique mix of business solutions and standard setting;
- Helping you access business opportunities that can make you increase your visibility in the global world through various business events;
- Equipping you with practical tools and resources for international trade and business
The Chamber is a not-for-profit organization funded by Corporations, Foundations, and Members whose energies are directed towards the advancement of the interests of the business community, and its income is applied solely for the objectives.
